These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&Cs") govern the relationship between betprp (hereinafter "betprp", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") and any natural person (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you" or "your") who accesses, registers on or uses any service, product or content made available through the betprp platform at https://betprp.cam and all associated sub-pages.

The Platform presents sports betting, live casino and gaming content for informational and entertainment purposes. Users are solely responsible for verifying the legality of online gambling in their respective jurisdictions before registering or participating.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with betprp's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference.

By accessing the betprp Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that:
To register and maintain an Account on betprp, you must at all times satisfy the following criteria:
betprp reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts pending age verification. Any winnings accrued during a period of suspected underage use may be forfeited.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on betprp. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — constitutes a breach of these Terms. betprp will close duplicate accounts without notice and may withhold associated balances pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. betprp may request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share, sell or transfer your Account or credentials to any third party. betprp will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact betprp support immediately via the Help Centre.
betprp accounts for Pakistani users are operated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). The currency of the account is set at registration and cannot be changed thereafter.
betprp operates KYC and AML procedures in accordance with its compliance obligations. Identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal may be processed and may be required at other points at betprp's discretion.

betprp aims to process KYC submissions promptly. Actual processing times depend on documentation quality, volume of submissions and any additional verification steps required. Withdrawals will remain pending until verification is completed satisfactorily.
Available deposit methods are displayed in the betprp cashier and are subject to change. Pakistani users may encounter options familiar to the local market — such as bank transfer options referencing institutions like HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, or mobile wallet options referencing services like Easypaisa and JazzCash — subject to availability.
Minimum deposit thresholds are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Where a specific welcome offer is active, the minimum deposit to qualify for that offer will be stated in the offer's terms. An illustrative minimum deposit figure referenced in promotional materials (e.g., PKR 1,000) is an example only and is subject to change.
All deposits are made voluntarily. betprp does not accept responsibility for any deposit made by a User who is under the required minimum age, in breach of applicable local law, or in breach of these Terms. betprp may reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method where required by its compliance obligations.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method, verification status and betprp's internal compliance review schedule. betprp does not guarantee specific processing speeds. E-wallet and instant payment options may process faster than bank transfers, but all withdrawal timelines are indicative only. Status updates are available via the account transaction history.
betprp reserves the right to return funds to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This is a standard AML control measure. Where the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, betprp will work with the User to identify a compliant alternative.
betprp does not charge a withdrawal fee. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider or payment processor may apply their own fees. betprp has no control over and is not responsible for any such third-party charges.
betprp may from time to time make bonus offers and promotions available to Users. All offers are subject to availability and may be amended, suspended or withdrawn at betprp's discretion without prior notice. Illustrative offer figures referenced in betprp's marketing materials (e.g., "100% Welcome Offer up to PKR 25,000") are examples only and do not constitute a live or guaranteed offer unless explicitly confirmed in the cashier or promotions page at the time of opt-in.
Each bonus offer carries specific wagering requirements, which must be met before any associated bonus funds (or winnings derived from bonus funds) may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, time limits and any other conditions are set out in the specific offer terms. Where a wagering example is provided (e.g., "30x rollover"), this is illustrative unless stated as a confirmed current offer.
The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings:
betprp reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or winnings and to close an Account where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a User has violated the bonus terms or these Terms generally. betprp's decision in bonus-related disputes is final, subject to applicable complaints procedures.
All bets are subject to betprp's acceptance. betprp reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has commenced (unless in-play betting is explicitly offered), where odds were displayed in error, or where betprp suspects irregular betting patterns.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including: event cancellation, incorrect odds due to technical error, market suspension prior to settlement, or verification of prohibited conduct. Void bets do not count toward wagering requirements.
Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with betprp support within thirty (30) days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. betprp's settlement decisions, based on official competition results, are final unless a demonstrable error is identified.
betprp may apply stake limits, payout limits or market-specific restrictions at any time. Individual account limits may differ from platform-wide maximums. Current limits are displayed in the relevant market or cashier.
All casino and game products available on betprp are provided by third-party game studios and subject to the rules of each individual game title in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a game-specific rule and these Terms, these Terms prevail unless the conflict arises from a game's technical specification governed by its studio.
Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages vary by game, version and jurisdiction. Any RTP figures displayed on betprp are illustrative examples only unless sourced from verified game-studio data. betprp does not guarantee any specific return on any game.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or connectivity failure that affects a game round, betprp reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund stakes. No winnings are payable in respect of game rounds that are demonstrably affected by a technical error. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betprp platform:
betprp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines in its reasonable judgement that: the User has breached these Terms; the Account is connected to suspected fraud or money laundering; continued operation of the Account would expose betprp or any third party to legal, financial or reputational risk; or the User has requested self-exclusion.
A User may request account closure at any time by contacting betprp support. Prior to closure, the User must withdraw any available real-money balance. Pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Account closure does not affect any obligations already incurred by the User under these Terms.
Users who wish to restrict their own access to betprp for responsible-gambling reasons may request a self-exclusion period via the account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods may be short-term (e.g., 30, 90, 180 days) or indefinite. betprp will use reasonable endeavours to implement self-exclusion promptly and to prevent re-registration during an active exclusion period.
All content, trademarks, logos, software, design elements, data and materials appearing on or forming part of the betprp Platform are the property of betprp or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display or otherwise exploit any betprp content without prior written permission. Scraping, data mining or systematic extraction of betprp data via automated means is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betprp, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:
betprp collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described therein.
Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gambling monitoring, marketing communications (where consent has been given) and the improvement of Platform services.
betprp does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers acting on betprp's behalf under appropriate data-processing agreements, or where required by law. Users retain the rights described in the Privacy Policy, including the right to access, rectify and (where applicable) delete their data.
betprp is committed to promoting responsible gambling as an entertainment platform. The following tools are available to all registered Users via the account dashboard:
betprp reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, betprp will take reasonable steps to notify registered Users, which may include a notice on the Platform or an email to the registered address. The amended Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause is intended to deprive a User of any mandatory consumer protections applicable in their country of residence.
In the first instance, all complaints should be submitted to betprp's support team via the Help Centre or by email. betprp aims to acknowledge complaints within five (5) business days and to provide a full response within twenty-eight (28) days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to a User's satisfaction, betprp will explain its final position in writing.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through betprp's internal complaints procedure, the User may seek redress through any applicable dispute resolution mechanisms available in the operator's license jurisdiction. This clause does not restrict any mandatory statutory rights a User may hold under the laws of their country of residence.
