When you create a betprp account, we collect: full legal name; date of birth; email address; residential address (including city, e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan or Peshawar); phone number (if provided); username and encrypted password; and currency preference (PKR for Pakistani users).
To comply with our KYC and AML obligations, we collect: government-issued identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport); proof of address document (e.g., utility bill or bank statement); selfie or facial image for identity matching (where required); source-of-funds information for large transactions; and additional documentation as required by our compliance team.
We collect data relating to deposits and withdrawals, including: payment method details (e.g., bank account references, mobile wallet identifiers associated with services familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast; or bank names such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah — subject to cashier availability); transaction amounts in PKR; transaction timestamps and status; and withdrawal method and beneficiary details.

To process deposit and withdrawal requests in PKR; to verify payment method ownership; to reconcile transaction records; and to investigate and resolve payment disputes.
To verify your identity and age before processing withdrawals; to fulfil AML obligations; to screen against sanctions lists and politically exposed persons (PEP) databases; to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where legally required; and to maintain audit records as required by applicable law.

betprp does not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances:
We share personal data with third-party service providers acting as Data Processors on our behalf. These include: KYC/AML verification technology providers; payment processing infrastructure providers; cloud hosting and data storage providers; fraud detection and prevention services; analytics platform providers; and customer support software providers. All Data Processors are bound by written data-processing agreements that restrict them from using personal data for any purpose other than the contracted service.
betprp will disclose personal data to competent legal, regulatory or government authorities where required by applicable law, court order or other binding legal process. betprp will use reasonable endeavours to notify the affected User of such disclosure where legally permitted to do so.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale or restructuring involving betprp, personal data may be transferred to the successor entity as part of the transaction. Users will be notified of any such transfer and any material change to how their data is processed.

Subject to applicable data-protection law and certain legal limitations (including betprp's KYC and AML record-keeping obligations), Users may exercise the following rights in relation to their personal data:
Request a copy of the personal data betprp holds about you and information about how it is processed.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. You can update basic account details directly from your account settings.
Request deletion of personal data where betprp no longer has a legal basis to retain it. Note: KYC and AML records must be retained for legally mandated periods regardless of erasure requests.

betprp is strictly an adults-only platform. The Platform is not intended for, and should not be accessed by, any person under the age of 18 — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. betprp does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
Where betprp becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person who does not meet the applicable minimum age requirement, that data will be deleted and the associated account will be closed promptly. betprp reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Where changes are material — particularly changes that affect the legal basis for processing, new categories of data collected, or new sharing arrangements — betprp will provide notice to registered Users by means of a notification on the Platform or by email to the registered address.
The revised Policy will display an updated effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the betprp Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
